NASTC - National Association of Small Trucking Companies

Today's Focus, Tomorrow's Vision

Each year, our industry is given more regulations to comply with, more hurdles to overcome, and more complex problems to solve. Our goal is to help our members navigate this ever-changing environment, and give them a competitive advantage, which is why we strive to provide the most up-to-date overview on the industry’s most debated topics.

NASTC’s 2021 Annual Conference will be held November 4th-6th at The Omni Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. Anyone who has joined us in Nashville before can tell you these conferences are both informative and entertaining.

Night one of conference kicks off with the Transportation Trust Forum and Dinner. NASTC takes this opportunity to honor the Best Broker of the Year, and also allows an opportunity for brokers and carriers to address issues within the industry. We are excited to have Governor Mike Huckabee as the evenings keynote speaker.

Throughout the weekend breakout sessions, specific areas of our evolving industry will be discussed. An open forum will be available to our members in each session to provide them opportunity to ask questions and discuss concerns with each of our speakers.

A vendor showcase will also be held during the conference. The purpose of the showcase is to allow members and vendors within the transportation industry to form relationships, as well as for new and exciting products and services to be exhibited.

Friday night will feature the Grand O Trucking show hosted by Radio Nemo. This event takes place during our Driver of the Year Celebration at NASTC’s Annual Conference.  We started this portion of our yearly program in 2017.  It began with some of country music’s rising singer-songwriters doing an acoustic performance and has grown into a full-blown Nashville Concert. This year will mark our 4th Annual Grand O Trucking Show that will be headlined by Wynonna Judd.  This is NASTC’s way of bringing the Grand Ole Opry to our conference attendees.

The final day of the Conference begins with an open Town Hall forum, which will review the events and discussions of the weekend. The weekend will come to a close with our Driver of the Year awards luncheon where we will have a farewell sendoff to our Driver of the Year Team. We are honored that Dr. Ben Carson will be joining our luncheon this year as our special guest speaker!

We hope that you can make the trip to Music City USA and join us at the Omni Nashville Downtown. We are excited to be moving to our new location and are certain you will leave the conference with new ideas and solutions to apply to your business.
